What fitness tools do you use in your bootcamps?

So, are your bootcamps mainly bodyweight movements? Or do you also use kettlebells, dbells, ropes, cones, bands, vests, rings, pvc, sandbags, boxes, med balls, slam balls, etc.?

I want to hear what you use – post to comments!

We have a few locations, and also use slightly different strategies for our attendees. Our original location, 99.9% body weight only, lots of athletic conditioning, multidirectional agility, speed, power, full body functional training programs. Another location we incorporate indoor and outdoor training and combine the best of strength with DB’s, TRX, Kettlebells, Med Balls, Jump ropes etc and combine that with the outdoor athletic training. And at our other studio we use a 44 story staircase along with all our tools in the studio, Kinesis, Kettlebells, Med Balls, Jump Ropes, DB’s, Fit Balls, Bosu, anything we can get our hands on!

We have one location at this time (opening another in 1 week). We incorporate only indoor training and use DB’s, TRX, blast straps, Med Balls, Jump ropes, Stability balls, etc and occasionally use outdoors for running.

I would like to get sandbags, ropes, slam balls but don’t want to spend a lot. know how to make them cheaper?

    Tyron,

You can make slam balls with a basketball. Buy cheap ones at Walmart ($5), cut a small slit in it, fill it with sand, use a tire repair kit and/or shoe glue, and seal it more with some extra duct tape.
