Make awesome speed ropes for your bootcamp:

- Clothes line rope, 5/32″
- 1/2″ PVC pipe, 5ft
- End caps for 1/2″ PVC pipe
- Washers, 5/32″
- Athletic tape for handles
- Electrical tape (used for stopper behind washers)

    Great stuff, man! People don’t realize how simple and easy it is to make equipment or utilize just a little bit of equipment. I ran a killer boot camp out of the back of my Jeep all summer long.

    I had a handful of jump ropes (which I paid like $10 each for, too bad I didn’t see this earlier!), a couple of kettlebells and dumbbells, some sandbags, a tire sled, a sledgehammer, and a set of bands. The whole thing probably cost under $200 and I made thousands.
